We are thrilled to announce that Nicholas Peters, Vice President of Web + Digital, and Michael Carlson, Vice President of Creative, have assumed new leadership roles as Principals!

Nicholas has over 20 years of experience in web design and development, including 14 years with TRIAD. He leads a talented web team that delivers dynamic, content-driven websites that are semantically sound and optimized for usability. As VP, he has nearly tripled the growth in the web side of the business.
“We’ve elevated our process of building and maintaining websites,” said Peters. “Our web work is getting national recognition in the zoological and tourism industries.”
Michael Carlson has been with the firm for 13 years and provides art direction and management of designers, copywriters and freelance artists. He is an award-winning designer with numerous industry honors including Best of Show from the American Advertising Awards. He is also a member of the Torchbearers Class of 2023.
